The Process

At Nu Luk wheels we pride ourselves in providing a total refurbishment of your wheel front and back, not just a local repair on the damaged area

Chemical Stripping

Unlike many of our competitors Nu Luk will chemically strip every rim before restoration; this essential process ensures that your rim is finished to the original manufacturer's standard.

Shot-blasting

After the chemical strip process the wheel is shot-blasted by hand to ensure that all previous layers of lacquer and paint have been removed leaving a bare metal surface in preparation for the powder coating stage.

Welding

Any damage to a wheel rim is TIG welded and then remachined to ensure that the rim is structurally sound and will be undetectable when painted.
